As Chief of Staff at Scape, you'll work directly with the founders on initiatives across product, GTM, marketing, branding and operations. One day you might be shaping a launch, the next you're deep in a customer feedback session. There's no fixed playbook here; you'll help build it.

This role sits very close to the center of the company. You'll see how decisions get made, get real ownership early, and move fast across a lot of different problems. If you're looking to start your own company one day, this is the perfect bootcamp for it.
