These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scape application and related services (“Services”) operated by Reworks AI Labs AB (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Sweden.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Service Description

Scape is an AI-powered email and meeting assistant that helps teams manage communications, generate drafts, and stay on top of follow-ups and meetings. The Services are currently available after company onboarding and will be broadly available through https://scape.app and through related applications. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts

You will need to register to use the Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may remove or reclaim usernames at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. To cancel, contact us at elis@scape.app. We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services including software, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Use automated means to access or extract data from the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://www.scape.app/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
