Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Google User Data

We integrate with Google Workspace APIs to enhance our CRM functionalities by providing seamless access to user authentication, email retrieval, and calendar event management. The data we access includes:

  • Google Account authentication details (OAuth tokens)
  • Email metadata and content (only if explicitly authorized by the user)
  • User profile information necessary for authentication
  • Google Calendar events and associated metadata

How We Use Google Data

We utilize Google user data to optimize your workflow by automating tasks, summarizing customer interactions, and improving team collaboration. Specifically:

  • We retrieve Google Calendar events and emails for customers you have added to the CRM.
  • You can stop sharing emails for specific customers at any time.
  • You can opt-in to share emails you have sent to a specific customer with your team, with the option to opt out at any time.
  • The retrieved data is used to automatically generate tasks for you and your team, summarize your conversations with customers, and facilitate intelligent search capabilities within the CRM.
  • We only store emails where one of the recipients is a customer you have added to the CRM.
  • We use calendar event data to enable an optional meeting bot that can join calls scheduled in your calendar, collecting relevant metadata about those events.
  • We can suggest new calendar events based on your interactions and activity within the CRM. After receiving your approval, we may also send event invites on your behalf to streamline scheduling and coordination.

Google API Scopes

To provide our features, we request access to the following Google API scopes. We only request the minimum necessary scopes to deliver our service.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: To identify you and connect your Google account to your Scape account.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile: To access basic profile information like your name and profile picture to personalize your experience.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: To read your emails from customers you have added to the CRM. This allows us to summarize them and, with your consent, share them with your team.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose: To generate email drafts and follow-ups on your behalf based on your interactions. You always have full control before anything is sent.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly: To access your calendar events, which helps in summarizing customer interactions and allows our optional meeting bot to identify relevant meetings.
