Earlier today, a report surfaced raising concerns about Delve, a compliance automation platform we've used as part of our security program. We want to be transparent about what this means for Scape.
Delve is under scrutiny for allegedly issuing compliance reports without properly verifying customer security controls. We became aware of the report this morning and began reviewing our posture immediately.
Our security controls exist and operate independently of Delve. The question raised by this report is whether Delve properly verified their implementation, not whether the controls themselves are in place. Based on our review today, we're confident in our security posture.
Our current audit is performed by Accorp Partners, an audit firm peer-reviewed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Our goal is to ensure every claim we make about our security posture is externally verified and trusted. For this purpose we are also in the process of conducting a fresh, independent review of our compliance program.
